Personal Information: Name and email address provided by the user during registration or account setup.
Device Information: Standard information collected by Google, such as operating system, app usage, and related metrics.
Uploaded Videos: Videos uploaded by users for analysis.
Camera usage: Videos recorder by users for analysis.

2. How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used for the following purposes: To provide and improve the Swimalyse app experience. To generate a fine-tuned analysis of your swimming videos. To analyze body position using Google's language model (LLM).

3. Data Sharing
We only share data as necessary to provide our services
Third-Party Services: Uploaded videos are shared with Google's LLM for analysis.

4. Data Storage and Retention Storage Location
User data, including uploaded videos, is stored securely in Firebase Storage. Data is deleted when users delete their accounts. We use encryption and restricted access to protect all stored data.

5. User Rights Access and Correction
Users can access, update, or delete their data at any time. Users can opt out of data collection or specific features, such as tracking or marketing communications.

6. Updates to this Privacy Policy:
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes via email. Continued use of Swimalyse after such updates constitutes agreement to the revised Privacy Policy.
